07 / CUSTOM LABELLING — ARTWORK SPECIFICATION

Your artwork on the vial.

Every 10 vials ship seated in a clear plastic clamshell. The clamshell lid carries the compound name, strength, lot number, MFG date and the research-use statement; the vials themselves are unlabelled. Choose custom labelling to add your own artwork to each vial — the clamshell stays labelled as standard. Custom labelling is $1.00 per vial from 100 vials per SKU, chosen on the product page; you see a rendered proof before the line goes in your cart, and Certamer signs the proof off before print.

HOW A CUSTOM-LABEL LINE RUNS
  1. On the product page choose Custom labelling at 100+ vials, give the brand name and upload the artwork.
  2. Render the proof: your art on the photograph of the vial we ship, plus the flat label with the reserved strip marked. Approve it to add the line.
  3. Place the order. The proof and artwork travel with the order line into Certamer’s label queue.
  4. Certamer approves the proof (or sends it back with a note on the order page) before print. Nothing is printed or applied without that sign-off.
  5. The lot is allocated, labelled and shipped with its certificate of analysis. The lot number on the strip binds each vial to that certificate.
